Monica Păduraru holds a master's degree in Fine Arts from Wimbledon College of Art, London, UK and a Bachelor's degree in painting from the National University of Arts, Bucharest.

She is a founding member and partner in the firm Arhitecți Asociati and founder of Chambres d'Or.

Her works have been exhibited locally and internationally and she has varied approaches both in architecture and interior design as well as plastic arts or scenography.
